I agree, try switching the L connectors, one of them should be to the switch. if that does not work, I again agree it would be th ewiring from the switch.

As Banjo suggested, may want to try swapping those 2 relay connections see if corrects problem. Not an authority, but if I understand correctly, your are experiencing problems with some of the other electrical component; lights, signals, guages, etc. If this is the case, suggust tracking down cause of those issues first. Found on many occasions, poor gound connection the problem. Mentioned horn as 1 of the elect. components operating. Believe horn is a non-fusable componet so check fuse panel. Won't solve starting problem, but may find blown fuse the cause of other elect. problem. Also, suggest check for voltage to coil. Changed to electronic ign. but if recall, with ign on, disconnect the red/grn tracer wire from coil and place volt meter lead to the free wire, and the other meter lead to grd on engine block or frame, believe should read 12 volts. Think simular test as mentioned by Banjo.

As a total novice, don't think will ever fully understand the elect. system. If it is any consolation, found it very rewarding as i became familiar. It is the process that test your patience. Good luck

sinple fix put all wires except the 2 elbow on the battery side of the selinoid first. than try to switch the 2 elbow wirws around. horn working and rest not tells me the power to the cab is on the starter side of the Selinoid
