I was reading in the F.A.Q. about the dome light problem. Mine has done that for a long time. The other day, I went to roll up the windows and there was nothing but blinking lights on the dash, the dome light, and clicking coming from the fuse box. Now I have have no windows ( they move real slow if you help them up and down with your hand ), blower, mirrors, night dash lights, turn signals and door locks. The turn signal indicators both stay lit, the high beam indicator stays on along with the dome light. The radio works as well as the lights for it at night. I checked all of the relays and replaced the two that were making the clicking sound. Replaced a blown fuse ( have no idea if this is related) and still nothing. Someone I work with said the relay on the window motor for the "one-touch" down might be shot and that can cause a sorts of problems. I am normally a do-it-yourselfer but this one has got me by the ....... Any help is extremely appreciated.
Thanks,
landfill

I forgot that I can help the driver window up and down at times. Now the turn indicators and the high beam indicator blink, the chime chimes intermittantly, and the relays click in the fuse panel and the one up under the dash towards the middle or the dash itself
I believe that all of the functions you've identified are run through or by a GEM that is located on the back of the fuse block. That's the case on my 97. I learned this when I was trying to figure out how to disable that infuriating door chime.
