Cool Power Window Problem

I have a 2001 F250 Super Duty. My problem is when the driver side window goes all the way down something starts "ticking" until you touch the "up" button slightly and then it stops, it is intermittant. Could it be the relay?

It could be that the switch is sticking. I had an Expedition in yesterday that the switch was so bad that if you hit a bump the driver window would go down by itself.

Unhappy

I have a problem that seems like it is what happened after that. My one-touch would act strangely. Then the dome lights would not shut off. Now, no windows, blower, locks, turn signals, dash lights at night. The turn signal indicators stay on as well as the high beam indicator. There is clicking coming from the relays in the fuse panel but they all seem good. I am going to take the driver door panel off and check the window motor relay in the door. Someone said if that sticks, it can mess everything up. Any other tips or suggestions are extremely appreciated.
