Correct me if I'm wrong, but if your spare key is in there effectively defeating the system so that the remote start will work, can't you go to wally world (Walmart) and get a non-chipped spare made?

Supposedly not as they are 2 different circuits. One is activated on remote and the other is on key turn. I asked that when i talked to the engineers at Stellar and they said no.
