'76 360 Halting, stalling intermitantly?
Neither fuel tank has a vent other than cap. Carb rebuilt. Float level was a little off so I corrected that to 7/16". Fuel pump OK. Fuel filter on fuel pump changed. Fuel filter added to aux. fuel tank line. Compression good. If the carb rebuild doesn't solve it I'll start on electrics. It'll run fine on the freeway and under most other conditions but sometimes it runs very poorly by stalling, cutting in and out and running jerkily as if it is being fuel starved??????

Stalling out
Sounds like your ignition control box.I replaced the box on my daughters 76 and it fixed the stalling out problem,360 also.Could be the pickup in the distributor also,hope this helps.
