Fuel delivery problems
I have a 2004 F150 4.6L that sat for two years, the fuel pump was destroyed (bad fuel) so I replaced it, I had the tank cleaned and put a new fuel filter on it. I have fuel from the pump to the fuel rail but nothing past the injectors. It will run if I put fuel into the throttle body but after that it stalls out, anyone out there have any ideas?

I'm guessing you've got injector problems if there is pressure at the fuel rail but still no go. Siting for two years may have caused them to stick, especially if you got some bad fuel.
