Oil filter/cooler adapter...

I'm trying to find a stock Ford oil filter/cooler adapter to plumb an oil cooler on another Ford, and I think someone told me about a factory piece that works great, from an '80's Econoline(?). Any help?? Thanks

Why not go for an aftermarket cooler? They shouldn't cost much and will be just as effective if not more so.
