best piece of advice??? take your time and be patient. the truck you have is a heavy duty vehicle. drive it like one. give the transmission time to shift, give the truck time to warm up, give it atleast a little time to cool down. trying to push the truck to fast just wears parts out. i have 170,000 on mine and no major problems yet but i trade horses with a friend of mine who has a 1995 f-350 cc dually with close to 300,000 nearly all towing miles. the most amazing thing is he is still on the factory e40d tranmission. when asked what the secret is he says "I drive it like a diesel truck!!! just my opinion. good luck. i know you will love your stroker
