I have a 2000 ranger xlt 4 door. it has the stock cd player in it i want to put a 12" sub and new speakers in it i was wondering what size the speakers were in the front and back.
shut, jeff i just sold my stock cd player worked great in a 2000 ranger for 20 bucks
and i have jl audios in my ranger, front and rear are same size but, the box for the front speakers says 5x7 and the rear says 5x7/6x8
What kind of sub are you putting and where at? I have an 01 Edge and was thinking about one of those MTXs with a 10" sub and 200 watt amp together in one box. They fit behind the drivers seat.
i have an ext. cab with 2 12" infinitive subs referance seris and in a box that is about 30 or 32" length about 14" wide and about 16 -20" deep with 4" legs to fit over hump and the subs are facing down and it really sounds better, with a 1100 watt amp and I have a strike cap and the lights still goes dim everytime it bumps.
ok thanks for the replies i am not looking to replace the cd player for a while. but i have a friend that can get me a kicler 12" sub and an amp for $200. he can also get me speakers for cheap. well thanks again.
