where is my superchips programmer?????

where is my superchips programmer?????
i have had my programmer at superchips for two weeks now i wish they would figure these things out soon since it never worked from the beginning oh well this is so typical of anything i do or buy

i didnt get any errors everything went fine except when i started the vehicle it was in the "limp home mode" according to the ford manual, the "wrench" on the dash display. after putting it back to stock, all back to normal. called superchips and they have never heard of my problem before.

Mine gave the 'Call Superchips' msg. Sent it last week, arrived in their plant on Friday, called yestarday and they said a batch was going out Thursday and another on Friday. Mine of course was in the Friday batch. Remember guys that the destination of the programmer is Florida, which a couple of weeks ago was hit by 'Charlie' and they are still trying to clean up.

After reading all the Superchips and intake threads here, I've changed my mind and decided to wait for the turbochargers and superchargers to come out. End of next summer I'll do research and pick the best of the two methods and the best company to buy from and the best one to install it.
