i have had my programmer at superchips for two weeks now i wish they would figure these things out soon since it never worked from the beginning oh well this is so typical of anything i do or buy
I Also Got The "call Superchips" Error On Mine. The Superchips Tech Told Me To Send It Back For Updates. I Asked How Long It Would Be And They Said It Would Be At Least A Week.
i didnt get any errors everything went fine except when i started the vehicle it was in the "limp home mode" according to the ford manual, the "wrench" on the dash display. after putting it back to stock, all back to normal. called superchips and they have never heard of my problem before.

i went through all the motions and then a display came up and said call superchips
Mine gave the 'Call Superchips' msg. Sent it last week, arrived in their plant on Friday, called yestarday and they said a batch was going out Thursday and another on Friday. Mine of course was in the Friday batch. Remember guys that the destination of the programmer is Florida, which a couple of weeks ago was hit by 'Charlie' and they are still trying to clean up.

Superchips should have not released their product until they had all the new codes programed. Also a warning that most would have had to send them back on the first batch. As far as Charlie, I say give them a break but a simple e-mail or the truth when they were asked about return times.
After reading all the Superchips and intake threads here, I've changed my mind and decided to wait for the turbochargers and superchargers to come out. End of next summer I'll do research and pick the best of the two methods and the best company to buy from and the best one to install it.
