time delay relay

anyone know where i can get a 12v. time delay relay. i need a delayed make of only about 3-5 sec. very low amperage would work. def. less than one amp. i cant find one for less than $100. any help is appretiated!

Your only other alternative would be to build your own. It would be cheap, but you have to do a little soldering. I would do a search on the internet for "555 timer circuits"

I'm with Frank, build one, or two because it would take just as long. Using 555 timer is what I first thought of when I read your post. I would go that route.
If you choose to build it and cant find any diagrams on the 555 timer(s), shoot me an email and I will get you setup with the right diagram to use. Let me know if you want a delayed on or delayed off.
