I have a proposition for someone.
Seeing as it is o popular for you '80's 4x4 owners to swap from a 208 to a 205, I have an idea. I need deeper gearing, don't want to go into my diffs, and need to reduce the weight of the race truck. My proposition is: I will trade, even up, the NP205 transfer case and front and rear driveshafts from a long wheelbase 1979, for anybody else's NP208 and driveshafts for a long bed. Truck is standard cab, long bed. Email if interested.
