Alternator RF noise thru CB

Does anyone have any ideas of how to lose the RF noise {whine} that the alternator {or other elec. sys parts} that I am getting not thru the wires, but radiating thru the air? I put an external RF cap on the Alt, but the noise is still there. I am sure that the alternator is putting out 75% of this noise, for when I disconnect the alt wire, the whine goes away.

I see you out an rf cap on the alternator, have you tried putting a rf filter on your power lines going to the cb? I put one on mine and it seems to do the trick, I didn't touch the alternator
