92 Explorer - Intermittent Wiper Relay Problem
I own a 92 Explorer XLT and have a problem with the intermittent wiper control. In the intermittent mode, the wiper will freeze up for a few seconds or more while the blades are in the middle of their wipe. I have replaced the combination wiper/turn signal switch and the problem is the same. Is there anything else that may be causing the problem? I would appreciate any advice.
