Water Pump replacement

I attempted to replace the water pump (for preventative reasons) on my '92 / 3.0 / 5 spd/ 115k miles last fall and discovered one bolt that wouldn't come out because of the ac/ps mounting bracket. My question is can the pump be removed without touching the ac/ps mount bracket, and if not, does the bracket have to be completely removed to access the one bolt on the water pump?

The problem is that the ac lines don't have much slack in them and I do not want to disturb them since the '92 model year uses the old refrigerant and is very very expensive to replace I'm told. The ac lines barely have any room for movement and to disturb them too much would probably create a leak in the system.

I would appreciate a reply from anyone experienced with this.

thanks.....
