BW 1345 Linkage

I just changed my 84 F-150 from 2wd to 4wd. Everything bolted up corectly, but I can't find the shifters and the linkage for the tranny and tcase in any junk yards. I need to know where I can maybe find it all, new or used, it doesn't matter. I need the shifter for the tranny and the tcase and also all the linkage and it is a BW 1345 Tcase married to a T-18. The tranny and T-case came out of a 1980 F-250. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Josh, I have a 88 F150 4X4 that I bought recently at a DWI auction, and a 92 F150 Super cab last week. I am gonna use the engine from the 88 in the 92 and after reading your post, thought I'd ask about making a 4X4 out of a 2X4.

Did I understand correctly that the 4X4 parts are a direct bolt up?

Everything bolted up not a problem. I had to go through 3 front ends to get all the parts I needed. I had a 87 donor truck I had bought to use for all of this and everythign bolted up perfect. After I got the housing and everythign on I also did a hub swap froma 94 F-150, because the 87 and 88 hubs are weak and I didnt want to screw with them. To do the hub swap you have to change the axles and everything from the knuckle forward. I have no idea if the sway bar will bolt up, because I ddin't use it. Everything else bolted up perfect.
