If you burned the files to a cd, copy them to another folder on the hard drive and make sure they are not "read only". I believe in my experiences that importing a "read only" file will create an error such as the one you're experiencing. Just a thought.

That's what has been giving me the Locked out Warning.
I was able to import my WAB file to the Mozzila Thunderbird address book on the Desktop computer.
I just can't get the Laptop to accept it.
There has to be something about 98se to w2000 that is secret.
