E350 No Turn signals

My E350 all of a sudden has no turn signals. I have running & brake lights. I replaced the turn signal relay but no dice any hints?????

Look and see if the flasher switch is in the on position. Ive seen many bad multifunction switches with bad 4 way flasher switches. A person accidently pops the switch up in the on position and suddenly they have no turn signals...because the 4 way flasher switch is in the on position and locks out the turn signals. Often popping the switch back down to the off position will restore turn signals. The fix then would be to replace the multi function switch. This of course relies on it being at least a mid 1990s model which you did not specify.
