91 Explorer Rear Power Window

The Left rear window of my Explorer has the plastic ***** in the motor assembly worn out. A couple of years ago I replaced the front worn out plastic ***** with bearings, worked just fine.

Now the left rear one has worn out and I need to take the motor out of the door and replace the *****.

I have the outer decorative panel off but don't know where to drill holes in the inner metal panel to get at the motor mount bolts. Or it this necessary?

Whats the trick?

Thanks

Hager
