Driver's side window parts
The drivers side window on my 99 Expy XLT recently came off the track. I took the door apart and found that the problem was a little black piece of plastic inside the u-shaped track. It's shaped like the letter H, but rounded at both ends and has the number RO339 written on it. The track also got a litlle bent too. The hole is worn and the ball joint keeps popping out of it and making the window fall off track again. Does anyone know what this piece is called and how I can get a replacement without having to replace the whole assembly? I can't seem to find any information about this part. Thanks very much.
