tools for a garage ?
if you could do it all over what tools would you buy for your shops?
i would start with two roll a round craftsman chests. lots of bench space with vises at each end.blah blah blah
1st tool i will buy when we build our new garage will be a torch. cant live without one.
p.s our current garage is to small. thinking 40'x50' for the new one.

In my shop, I would need a mig, tig and arc welder, plasma cutter, torch, lathe, drill press, a stand up compressor, and a couple vises as a minimum. Then a 41" wide Waterloo cabinet and chest combo, full of Snap On stuff.
Then a full variety of air jacks, hydraulic jacks, bottle jacks, small, medium and large stands, 4 and 10 ton porta-powers.
Maybe a pit, or a lift. More than likely a 4 post lift.
Assuming I win the lottery.
