Temp Gauge Wire Color?

I have a 1991 f-250 deisel and i have been having problems w/ my temp gauge. I replaced the sensor but its still reading HOT. I figure the wire is grounded somewhere so i want to just cut it and re-wire it. TO do this i need to know which wire, the color, that goes to the plug for the temp gauge that goes into the back of the gauge cluster. Anyone have a wiring diagram?

Go to helm.com they have electrical diagrahms for sale....

I believe the wire is Red and white stripe.....
