Power Steering Fluid Leaking 2000 B3000

I noticed 2 days ago that my truck was making lots of noise while turning, I topped up the fluid for the power steering and the noise went away. I have looked under the truck and there is a significant amt. of fluid behind the rad and looks as though it may be coming from the steel lines connected to a metal box near the front. Any suggestions. Thank you in advance.

Sounds like a leak in the line going/comming from the power steering cooler.

Have someone turn the wheel whith the truck on as you look around. There's a lot of pressure going through those lines when the wheel turns so any leaks should begin really leaking when the wheel is cranked. Just wear eye protection and stay back at first (not that I know from experience or anything) and you should find the source of your leak.

I will have someone turn the wheel as I look. Thanks ejpreston, I will let you know how it turns out.

The most common leak is the lower seal on the pitman arm shaft. Refer back a few weeks and you'll find a post on how I replaced mine if it turns out to be leaking. Pretty easy.
