Ok, I have a 2001 F250 4X4. Over the weekend the loud popping sound started coming from
my Left Front wheel. It then quickly turned to a grinding sound. Long story short, wheel bearings
are out, I need a new hub.
What I need help on is finding who makes or sells just the hub conversion to replace the stock
sealed units with a repackable bearing setup. I thought I had seen it posted, but I have searched
every possible way to find it and I am coming up empty. I did find the Dynatrack full front end
conversion, but I only want to replace the hubs. Can anybody help me??
I did speak to DynaTrack today They said that they do have a kit available in about 30 days. This does nothing for me currently, but I thouht I would pass it on.
I am still holding out hope that someone will come through with who is currently building the conversion.
