When replacing the pads on my 93 F250, I discovered that the left front rotor is slightly scored. The outer surface is OK, but the inner surface is lightly scored about 1/4-1/2" wide near the edge of the rotor.
I don't really have the time or the correct tools to replace the rotors right now, so my question is this: What are the problems caused by leaving a scored rotor on the truck? Obviously, the new pads may wear faster / unevenly, and there may be some vibration when braking, but what other problems might this cause?
