Trailer Wiring Connection ?

A good friend lets me use his 16 ft. tandam trailer. It has a 6 pin round connection for the wiring harness. Can I buy an adaptor which would plug into my trucks 7-point connection. My truck is a 2003 f-250.

Almost any parts store will have one I know NAPA does
