I'm not going to disclose the dealership's name YET, until any legal action has been completed, but if you're not in the greater Atlanta area, youo need not worry.

Isn't now the time to release the dealers name? Many times a stipulation of an out of court settlement will be the "Confidentiallity Statement" (you can't discuss after this point) that you'll be asked to sign before you get what you want-$$$$$. If you're planning to go to court- quit you job and bring a sandwich and a sleeping bag. Just my opinion....

Is it north or south of I-20?

(that way only 1/2 of us need to worry)
