Has any one heard of some one spitting a plug in the 3 valve per cyl 5.4's. I personally dont think its as big of a problem as people play it out to be in the 97-03 5.4's but i was just wondering if its ever happened to a 04' 5.4

 

No, the 04 has a totally different head and the plugs have a whole lot of threads, so there should be no problem with the plugs coming out. Most of the ones that did pop out were improperly torqued.
