Rotor Help

Hi, I'm working on a 1947 panel that had a Mustang II front end put in it.
Do you know if they make a 5 lug, 9 1/2" diameter rotor for a Mustang II front end? If not, any idea of what model I could use?

4 lug to 5 lug

I have the same prob but I just want to go from 4 to 5 lug
