I want to know why they have to blink. Why can't they just stay lit? Drives me crazy . . . as if all these blinking lights mean anything to me. All I need is one light to tell me when the power is on and that's it. Anyone heard the prank call with the 'aisian' guy who calls about his VCR which keeps "brinking 12:00 . . . RCA stand for reary crappy appriance!" LOL!
I must be lucky, I have lights on the monitor, computer, battery backup, 2 printers, 2 clocks, 2 tv's, 2 vcr's, 3 power supply/chargers and 2 surge protectors and not one of them blinks.
Of course, if the power goes out, then it's different and many of them need to be reset, I think that's why they blink.
I've got a router and a cable modem which each have a minimum of 3 lights blinking, sometimes more! Thank god I have a wireless laptop and don't have to sit in the office watching them flash.
my cable modem blinks, my cpu activity light is always working, my gumball machine has blinking neon, the slot machine in the corner is always flashng, my neon clock changes colors every 15 seconds. my guitar lamp has a blinking standby light. and the neon lights inside my clear computer tower are sound activated to flash. If you turn off the over head lights in this room, it is still quite bright in here
