I am installing a 6 inch sky jacker lift kit on a 1977 F150. The kit came with front and rear springs and a U bolt kit but with no instrucions. My question is do I leave in the factory blocks in the rear? I see I also need a caster correction kit, will I need anything else? Thanks for the help.

You will need longer drivelines, or have your drivelines lengthened. You will need radius arm drop bars, and longer brake lines. A drop pitman arm is needed, and as for the blocks in the rear, you should call a local 4x4 shop or call Skyjacker, there should be a toll free number somewhere in the boxes with your kit. What size tires will you be running after the lift ? You should post before and after pictures in your user gallery.
You should keep the factory blocks I'm pretty sure because they are going to keep the pinion angle correct. I would still call skyjacker to make sure. You will need the radius arm drop brackets with new c-bushings to correct the caster skyjacker should have those also. Drop pitman arm, lengthened brake lines, new shocks, I know skyjacker sells a lift that comes with all these things they are more expensive but everything goes a lot smoother when you have all the right parts. Also you might need new steering track bar for the front that comes pre bent and is adjustable for the large lift. Hope this helps
