Codes for the 1994 check engine light

I did the the KOEO test with the test light I need help with the codes?
Here they are 631141153811 then they repeat, this is for the 94 f150 300 6 cy.

63 - Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) low voltage
41 - EGO sensor lean
538 - Insufficient RPM change (operator error)
during Dynamic Response Check

Can you separate the codes? All of them should be three digits, but usually the computer spits them out in ascending order.

You really need to separate the codes out for us - grouping those numbers in three's don't produce anything meaningful. You will not have 2 digit codes and a 3 digit code - it will be either one or the other, and '94 should use 3 digit codes.
