Bleeding Brakes????

I just install new brake calipers and brakes, On my 1962 Ford F100. After bleeding, They fell just fine until I start the engine then I lose all compression. I have also tried bleeding the with the engine running and nothing. So can anyone please help here, It would be very much appreciated. Oh I do have the disc conversion in the front.

Power brakes?
My first thought is you have a bad booster that is sucking the fluid out of the master cylinder when you start the engine.

Well for sure its a booster/vacuum related. May be the pedal linkage? The booster diaphram is moving in response to engine vacuum, so you may have check valve issues, booster size issues or linkage issues. More info please.
