looking for a IAC valve
Hi I was wondering if anyone might know the best place to buy a IAC valve for my F150, for all my parts stores that I asked told me that they didnot stock this item for the truck was still to knew yet, so I phoned the ford dealer here in north van and they quoted me 278.00 dollars plus tax.
For I feel that that price is far to high,because I noticed on the forum a friend to the south mentioned that he purchased one for 70 dollars us.
Next ? is how do I order from the states if I have to, for that might seem to maybe be another avenue to check. thanks

It is reasonably easy to order parts from USA. Check out the forum sponsors here first (across the top of the page). 70+10 shipping at 1.35 = 108 CAD. Just don't get instant gratification (1-2 weeks delivery by USPS).
Have you tried the wreckers? Sometimes they do not realize how much these valves are worth.
