That sounds like a good idea to me ill have to remember that, now that i think about it, it would deffinately be the smart thing to do with all the expansion and contraction that goes on. As fot the headers thats right cheap flowtecs and NO gaskets I remember when i did it i pulled the originals off and there was no gasket so i said if it didnt need em then it dont now i just looked at the mating surface and it was suprisingly flat as possible to see with the naked eye. Never leaked infact im worried that ill never have the same luck again.........
