Replacement third brake lights

Replacement third brake lights
It seems at some point the bulb melted the plastic housing somehow....maybe someone put the wrong kinda a bulb in i dunno. But i need a whole new lamp assembly now. Is this a dealer item? i checked broncograveyard....didnt find anything, tried google and the like and also came up empty. Has anyone replaced theres? if so where'd ya get the new part? stupid safety inspection....who needs a third brake light anyway...

You can try eBay but if you need one right away then your best bet would be at a junk yard. What year is your truck? My truck is a '96. For example if I cannot find a '92-'96 Bronco for that third brake light then I would try a '92-'96 F-150. Same third brake light. I'm not sure if a '80-'91 has the same style. Good luck.
