Here is a site that I have used in the past that is specifically built around Fords. I have the True-Rev Sport Induction Kit, which replaces the stock intake box with a high flow cone filter. It does give the engine a little deeper tone and you will notice a little power increase and MPG gain, but nothing to dramatic. It only costs about $90, and attaches to all your stock parts.
