97 Expy A/C vent

97 Expy A/C vent
Hey guys,
Let me throw this one out at you. The passenger side a/c vent (closest to window) is no longer blowing air. Seems the small dial below the vent no longer opens or closes the air flow, it just moves side to side with no resistance. Guess it's stuck in the closed position. Is there a fix for this? Can the vent be popped out to re-open the vent?

There is a flap that is connected to the wheel by a plastic pin. It sounds to me like the pin broke. You can take it apart and see if it just became disconnected or if it's broken. You should be able to find a replacement at a salvage yard or at the dealer.
