if you have a manual trans or the AOD you can do it with parts off ebay, mustang A9L computer, mass air meter, and a mustang wiring harness, there are tons of threads on how to wire it.

Which creates an issue of if the accessories spin fast enough to work correctly. To me, it's not worth the 3-5 hp gain you get out of the pulleys to loose the efficiency of the accessory system.
The MAF kit I have is from Ford Motorsports, I got it used for $400. They go for 630 (manual) and 680 (Auto, non-E4OD). Do a search for "MAF conversion" and you'll find all the information you need. It's a lot easier to buy the conversion kit then to do it yourself.
I agree with mustangGT221, save your money for mods other than the pullies, these can lead to problems such as overheating and insufficient charging and the HP gain is pretty insignificant on them. Save your nickles for heads and cam changes if your looking to get into serious HP/TQ gains on your rigs.
