P1000 what does that code mean?

A P1000 means that not all the OBDII monitors are complete.
Basically the engine control system hasn't finished checking itself after clearing codes or disconnecting the battery etc.
You need to drive the truck more until the PCM has had a chance to see the EVAP system, EGR system, O2s etc all work how they are supposed to.
