4wd, the pre'98 trucks had ttb fronts, the answer is the same as 2wd. Post'98 trucks had monobeam axles. Becouse you are asking about a "high boy", I don't think it will bolt right in. The leaf pack and the steering is different. I'm not sure on rotation either. I got rid of my '99, so I can't compare for you, sorry. Someone might chime in who has tried or done it.
Sorry, not enough info. It's 4 wheel drive and I had looked under a 2oo1 or 2oo2 super duty and it appeared to have a solid axle, leaf sprung front. This is the swap I was referring to. Thanks
waht is wrong with your front axle, the f-250 superdutys have the dana 50 axle, not dana 60. the only improvement may be dik brakes if yours doesnt have them.
