Head gasket change

Hi have recently got a '87 Aerostar and need to change headgaskets as cooling system getting pressurised.
How easy is it to do with engine still in and any tips or short cuts?
Any help very greatly appreciated.

It is very possible but requires a little patience and persistance. I replaced mine in a day but it was very jam-packed. Basically the alternator needs removed, the intake plenum needs removed, the intake manifold needs loosened, the p/s may need removed also.
