manual locking hubs...88 f150

I have an early 88 with the same problem. I decided to modify the front hub assembly to be the same as a 90.
The parts that are different from an 87/88 to a 90 are the spindle housing, the inner wheel bearing, the hub itself and rotor. The caliper, the outer wheel bearing and spindle bearing and seal are the all the same. I bought used spindle housings and everything else new. It still cost less than a pair of 87/88 hubs from Ford.
Good Luck

Sorry. I don't have the hubs. When I bought the truck they were already missing. The guy who owned it before me thought they were too expensive, so he just ran it 2wd.
I do have the hub body, rotors and spindles for 87/88. I also have a pair of front coil springs and radius arms for same. I put a 4" suspension lift under it. The lift kit came with new springs and arms.
I expect you'll need to get them from a used dealer. The Bronco Graveyard seems to have most anything.
Good Luck.
