Locking hubs frozen
I have to park my f150 in a heated garage for a few hrs for hubs to engage let it sit out side overnight again turn them to lock pull the lever and nothin I have warn locking hubs

You probably need to remove the hubs and clean them. The hubs may be contaminated with water (freezing) or have too much grease in them. Remove them and clean thoroughly with solvent, be sure to save out the large body o-ring so it doesn't get contaminted by solvent. They should be lightly lubricated with #1 Moly, or some white lithium. Remember, the only part that moves is the inner splined portion when in 2wd mode. The outer portion of the hub - the part with the dial - needs only enough lube to turn.
I just took apart a set of Warns on my project 4x4, and they're packed solid with wheel bearing grease. It's not necessary.
