HP Ratings

I might be buying a 2000 Excursion how do you tell the difference between the 265 and the 310 hp. I have a build date of 01/00

I believe just because it is a 2000 it is a 310 hp engine, maybe Monsta can confirm.

All Excursions have the 310hp V10.

I had heard that prior to the 2000 they had a lower hp rating.
