Reprogram computer with new gears?
2003 F250 V10 4x4 Crew Short Box with 3.73 gears and 33 inch tires.
I am going to get 4.56 gears in my truck soon. What am I going to have to do about reprogramming the computer/speedo? I called Ford and they said they won't do it since it will mess with the emmisions on the truck (not stock equipment).
Any info is apprectiated.
Oh, I am switching gears because I want better towing power.
