Technical Question about factory programming

I have searched around for about an hour now and I cant locate an answer to this question. So I shall post and hope for the best.

I just switched from the factory 18s and tires to the factory 20s and tires.
Can the dealer reprogram the computers for the change in tire size from 32 to 34 for speedo and the shift points?

I dont know if there is a difference in the stock trucks besides the tire size, programing wise. I know the computers control some strange things like the lighting is tied to the computer for trans shifting. (got that reprogrammed for led)

I know theres 2 diff gear ratios but thats generally lower gears on the 4wd.

IF the dealer is able to reprogram this, is there a TSB or directions on how to do this?
For the LED reprogramming I had to find the factory instructions on how to do it to get my dealership to do and take them the instructions.
Yes youd think the diesel shop at the dealer would know how to do that anyways for the chasis cab that gets built into all kinds of things.

In the Body Control Module (BCM) there is a parameter for tire size
