Welcome to FTE! 
No one makes a rollpan for Explorers - yet. Everyone that has one is a custom made job.
A friend is in the process of making the molds. He has already made his rollpan, but is now making the molds so he can mass produce them.
As far as the bumper goes, there are many places you can pickup a bumper from. Just depends on if you want an OEM replacement or one of the slimpsy ones just for looks...
