But it's so picky on when it does it... Only at crusing on flat ground 50-80 staying at the same speed... It still has around 2500 as I haven't been able to drive it since its been in the shop so much

Sorry I took so long to post again! It got fixed 
I do apologize for misinformation above. The service rep lady hadn't a clue what she was saying, and I'm still not completley sure, but I talk to a mechanic and he told me they replaced a faulty oil pressure sensor BEHIND the turbo. Very happy, have my beast back. I guess I can get back to modding it . Actually just bought some wheels I had seen on pimp my ride (Weld Racing Commando D)http://www.weldracing.com/Weld_Racin...ommando_D.shtm
and put em on a set of Toyo Open Country M/T's.
