There is some futzzing to do to make them work ... You have to drill holes in the bottom of the heads to connect the block cooling system of the 351m/400, and then block off the intake cooling system they used on the BOSS 302's... But the Boss heads where the first Canted valve heads that finally made it onto the 351c, which most all of the 351c parts will work on the 351m/400..
